Sorry I've been a way for a while... long story, but I'll be getting back in the groove soon. A friend of mine sent me some ghost chilies, white chicken chili mix and smoked salmon... all of which will soon be blogged about... well, the salmon, I'm saving as a special treat for when I move into my new house :)
